Chardon Shindig at Jasmine Dragons

If you like to clog or play old-time music, come to the Chardon Shindig on Sunday, January 30.

From 1-2 p.m. there will be a clogging workshop with Laura Lewis Kovac covering the basics and moving on to advanced steps. Then from 2-4 p.m. Paul Kovac will host an old-time jam session and the dancing will continue. Cost is a $5 donation to cover the facility rental. Munchies and listeners are welcome!

Jasmine Dragons, located at 111 Main Street on Chardon Square, is a space that "creates and explores the science and health of balance inside and out of you and your body." Check out their website for more info.

Let it Snow!

Chardon is famous for being the buckle of the snow belt in northeast Ohio. Carol discovered this website that tracks snowfall in our beloved little town. So far, this winter is proving to be a good one for the white stuff!
